20-09-07_0733.jpgHow’s this for ergonomics – In the current 1G Chevrolet Cobalt compact sedan, the parking brake lever and the center console armrest are incompatible.  If you get the upgrade package that includes the armrest, I take it that the manufacturer assumes you are in a user demographic that doesn’t use/need the brake…

  • Job takes me occasionally interisland & renting cars. The Cobalt I got I guess was the bargain model, no center console. My opinion was that though it felt a bit cheap with things like door, it drove fine and most of the ergonomics were decent save for the window crank requiring gorilla length arms. No way could be cranked without leaning forward.
